follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Learning Loop's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Managing your information

You can access and update some of your personal information through your Account settings. If you connected your Learning Loop account to a third-party service, like LinkedIn or Google, you can change your settings and unlink from that service in your Account settings. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date.

Removing data

Personal information you have provided to us can be deleted at any time. This doesn’t apply to data used for tax, billing, and accounting purposes. If you wish for your personal information to be deleted or if you wish to obtain a copy of your data, please email us at .

If you request erasure of your personal information, please note the following:

  • We may retain your personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as prevention of money laundering, fraud detection and prevention, and enhancing safety. For example, if we suspend an Learning Loop Account for fraud or safety reasons, we may retain information from that Learning Loop Account to prevent that Member from opening a new Learning Loop Account in the future.
  • Information you have shared with others (e.g., Reviews, comments, and posts) will continue to be publicly visible on Learning Loop, even after your Learning Loop Account is cancelled. However, attribution of such information to you will be removed. Some copies of your information (e.g., log records) will remain in our database, but are disassociated from personal identifiers.
  • Because we take measures to protect data from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of your personal information may not be removed from our backup systems.


While no organization can guarantee perfect security, we are continuously implementing and updating administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration.


Minors under 18 years of age need the consent of their parents or guardians before they submit personal data to us.
